Julianne is the Head of People & Culture for Thesis globally and is responsible for leading the People strategy. This incorporates global talent acquisition, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, organizational design and cultural development, employee development, compensation and benefits, HR operations and technology, employee relations.

Experience

Her HR background is all within the Financial Services sector, having recently spent 10 years at M&G Prudential and IQEQ as their Head of HR for UK, Ireland and New York. She is passionate about technology and the pace of change and impact it has on our lives. A graduate of Manchester Metropolitan University, Julianne has an appreciation of the importance on the student experience.
