As CEO of Thesis, Paul is responsible for the company’s strategic direction, delivery of near-term objectives and meeting the commitments of clients, employees and investors. He is passionate about building high-performing teams and business processes that delight clients and deliver meaningful and lasting results.

Experience

Paul has spent his last 15 years in executive leadership roles in technology businesses.  Most recently, he was SVP and member of the executive leadership team at Hobsons, the student success company, until its sale to PowerSchool and EAB for over $410MM. Prior to that he served in executive leadership roles at Jornaya (acquired by Verisk) and Targusinfo (acquired by Neustar). Paul holds an MBA from Drexel University and an undergraduate degree from Moravian College.
